Long awaited new single from Heath is now available!
"Let Me In", the new single and first duet of Heath's career has been released and is now available for digital distribution. Check out the merchandise page to hear a sample and download the mp3. iPod users can also download it on iTunes. Search Heath Fagen in your iTunes music store to download the song and artwork. New song, a first for Heath
Expected to be released in late May/early June, Heath is in the studio recording a brand new song called, "Let Me In". It's a first for Heath though, as it's the very first duet of his career. Heath and long-time writing partner Kenneth Duncan once again teamed up to write this latest hit. Joining Heath vocally on the project will be Sydney Grigg, a talented young artist Heath met while she was singing in downtown Nashville. Sydney is an aspiring star, and an up and coming songwriter as well and the pair look to team up to try their talents together in the writing department in the near future.
Heath's former band "Sweetwater" to play reunion show
The highly successful band Sweetwater, is getting back together for one more show in his home state of Iowa. A charitable cause that the band members were highly involved with for years, is having a fund raiser dance on April 10th, and the members of Sweetwater, including Heath, have agreed to once again take the stage to help out. It will no doubt be a memorable occasion so get there early as it is expected to be a packed house. The event is taking place at historical Lake Robbins Ballroom outside of Woodward, Iowa. The doors will open at 6:00pm, and the show starts at 8:00pm.
Heath in negotiation with new Management
Heath is currently in talks with a new management company to represent his career and hopefully open the door to that long coming record deal. Stay tuned as the announcements start happening.
